Architectural Review Process

CHERRY HILLS EAST is a covenant controlled community.  Generally any exterior construction activity or improvements are subject to review by the Architectural Control Committee pursuant to the Protective Covenants of CHV.  Please contact the Architectural Control Committee for approval PRIOR to commencing any improvements.
