HOMEOWNER DUES

The current Cherry Hills East Homeowners Association dues are $450.  Annual due and payable June 1st.  Please mail your dues payment to John Henry Treasurer.  Thanks in advance for you cooperation.  Click here for a copy of our Association's 2018 DUES INVOICE .

Your homeowners dues support the Board of Directors in their activities related to the preservation and security of our neighborhood including: members’ compliance with our Protective Covenants, landscaping and lighting of the neighborhood islands, the annual summer picnic, the costs of the Board and annual membership meetings, HOA insurance and miscellaneous administrative expenses.
